#1 We expect you to place your campaign war chests into the General Treasury.

 

#2 We the taxpayers will pay for the elections in the future. You will create a Citizens' Council; this will be an elected office of seven non-partisan persons.  The Citizens' Council will decide on a fair amount each candidate can spend for re-election but it must be the same for each office. Obviously Senators will require more than Congressmen, and the President will require much more. Other than the money allotted you the ONLY other election tool at your disposal will be unpaid volunteers. You are supposed to be working for us; we no longer want the best politicians that corporations, lobbyists and PAC money can buy. We want the best statesmen the people can elect.

 

#3 We expect you to pass laws preventing any other money from being spent on election campaigns by anyone PERIOD. This includes soft money, PAC money, hard money and political party money. Political party money will only be for their conventions and each party will be limited to an equal amount, determined by the Citizens' Council. Political party money may only come from individuals.

 

#4 Citizens' Council will decide fairly who is a qualified candidate for the funds they have allotted, making sure that Independents have equal opportunities.

 

#5 If someone The Citizens' Council considers not qualified for federal funds wants to run for election with their own money, that is all right. They cannot spend any more than the amount already designated by the Citizens' Council as the cap on spending. Everyone running for a particular office must have equal spending.  There will be no more buying elections.

 

#6 We expect you to direct the FCC to require all the media to donate a fair amount of airtime and allow equal coverage for all qualified candidates. After all, the government claims ownership of the airwaves. If you wish to spend additional money with the media it must come from the money allotted you.

 

#7 We expect you to, eliminate the totally antiquated Electoral College. With communications and transportation in our modern world it is way beyond obsolete. One person, one vote! The Electoral College is your way to prevent our vote from counting. If you must continue the antique Electoral College then it must have changes i.e. (if candidate #1 gets 55% of the votes in a state then he should only get 55% of the electoral votes etc. Winner take all is not acceptable).  This will take a constitutional amendment. Get on with it.

 

#8 Two options for election reform. First Option, our ballots could have options i.e. (you choose your 1st 2nd 3rd etc. preferences for a particular office. Example (“All of the voters whose 1st choice had the least number of votes, for instance only 5% of the vote, all of their votes are transferred to their second choice. If that still doesn’t get a 50% winner and you have another candidate that had for instance 12% of the vote, those votes are transferred to their second choice, etc.until you have a candidate with over 50% of the vote. We believe they call this ("preferential voting or instant run-off voting.") Candidates are eliminated from the race, and preferences distributed accordingly until one candidate has a simple majority. We believe they do this in some state and local elections now. 

Second Option, another more expensive option is to have a second run off election of the top two contenders if neither has 50% of the vote. This is done in many of our state and local elections now. Why not choose one of these options in all of our elections including the presidential election? The former is our preference since it is the most cost effective. However if you consider the first option too complicated for the voters then the second option is fine with us.  Regardless there should never be another election where the winner has less than 50% of the vote or the winner of the popular vote looses the election. This is totally and absolutely absurd and unacceptable to The Invisible Patriots.

 

#9 We expect you to vote out your gravy retirement program immediately. Only the Citizens' Council can approve a new retirement plan. We think your retirement plan is a corrupt rip-off of the taxpayers.  We want you on Social Security with the rest of us. That is unless you consider yourselves superior to us, in which case we believe you must resign anyway.

 

#10  You will get the United States out of the United Nations, the Council of Foreign Relations, and others mentioned here are hell bent to make a New World Order, meaning one government controlling the whole world.  These Neocons are the elite of the world and believe they should be running the world and at this point in time, they are.  They are the Bilderbergers, the Trilateral Commission, The 13 elite families of the Illuminati and others who seek this New World Order or really the end of the United States of America and our Republic.  We must get out of the UN and get the UN out of the United States.

 

#11 Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution states that Congress shall have the power to coin (create) money and regulate the value thereof.  Do you see anything there that allows you to put this job in the hands of a bunch of private bankers (The Federal Reserve)? They are not a government agency at all.  You must do as Andrew Jackson did and throw out this den of vipers and thieves.  Income tax was put into place the same year as the Federal Reserve, it’s only purpose is so we taxpayers can pay interest to these thieves for borrowing our own money. It’s beyond all comprehension that Congress could have allowed this to happen, much less letting it continue for more than 90 years.  Should I also mention the fact that it is unconstitutional.  Could it be this is why JFK was assassinated?  Taking care of our money is your responsibility and you will start doing it.

 

#12 You will no longer accept more than a lunch from a lobbyist. The days of the free junkets are over. Lobbyists may serve a purpose to inform you but it is imperative they do it without an ounce of leverage and it is also imperative you seek out the other side of the issue.

 

#13 We expect you to Pass legislation that allows us to prosecute you for treason if you are caught taking bribes of any kind to vote one way or another on any bill.  Conviction of treason shall have the option of the death sentence.

 

#14 You shall no longer tack multiple bills onto a bill you know is going to pass. This is a true dinosaur and the method you use to get your Pork passed. This is the age of the computer, you can vote on each bill on its own merits. This way you can be held responsible for your actions. This will eliminate the "well most of the bill was good attitude." (That is just more of your misguided arrogance.)

 

#15 We expect you to eliminate all tax breaks for corporations who move or have already moved their operations off shore so they can improve their bottom line while moving American jobs offshore.

 

#16 You will balance our trade deficit with the rest of the world. For years now you have allowed American wealth to be given away to foreign nations through more trade deficits. Do you not understand the ramifications of this? This practice will no longer be acceptable. You will have five years to accomplish this with import duties, getting out of NAFTA, CAFTA, the World Trade Organization and other trade pacs, or whatever it takes.

 

#17 You as our representatives have an obligation to encourage America to be independent of foreign oil by encouraging development of alternative fuel sources. It is imperative that we free our nation from Arab oil and it is your responsibility to vigorously lead this effort. If we can go to the moon we certainly can free ourselves of foreign oil. You must design incentive programs that will accomplish this goal.

 

#18 You must insist on a paper trail for electronic (computer) voting. If you insist on electronic voting then you must have a paper trail. Any computer hacker worth his salt can figure a way to change the outcome of any election using computers.  Voter fraud is a serious concern and there is plenty of proof that it exists. Having two private companies count almost all of our votes with no oversight is not acceptable.  We don't want the Chinese, al Qaeda or some other nation or terrorist organization to pick our next president or any of our elected officials.

#19 You will let the Patriot Act expire and kill the bill that is known as Patriot Act II or "The Domestic Security Enhancement Act 2003". There will be no dictatorship in America. This is the land of the free and the home of the brave.

 

#20 Remember this is a Republic, NOT a Democracy.  Unconstitutional laws that have been passed, in the past, must be reviewed and rejected.  If there is anything in these requests that you disagree with or consider unfair, then put it to the American people in plain English and let them vote on it provided it is constitutional.  Again only equal money can be spent to either promote it or campaign against it.  

 

                 #21 Last but not least, you will bring our troops home from around the world and                  secure our borders.  Then you will deport ALL illegal aliens, period!  They came here illegally, they are in violation of our laws and must leave.
